Founder & CEO
Paula is the Founder and CEO of Kamama Consulting, LLC, with more than 20 years of experience in workforce capacity building, strategic planning, and organizational development. She partners with state agencies, Tribal communities, and community-based organizations to design and strengthen systems that support sustainable, outcomes-driven change — and provides technical assistance to organizations at every stage of implementation and growth.
Paula is widely recognized for translating complex concepts into practical, community-centered approaches. Her work is grounded in a strengths-based philosophy — emphasizing community assets, local knowledge, and existing capacity as the starting point for building effective strategies. She integrates outcome-based planning, culturally responsive practice, and local data to guide decision-making.
She has extensive experience facilitating strategic planning processes — from statewide initiatives to community-driven efforts — and is known for creating collaborative environments that honor relationships, elevate community voice, and produce clear, actionable plans.
